Wedding/Jamaica
Becca and I visited Breeze's Rio Bueno (formerly Grand Lido Bracco) in Trewlany, Jamacia December 29th, 2009 through January 8th, 2010. We had a great time and were in 'relaxation mode' by 10 the next morning while hanging out at the pool.
We wanted to go SCUBA diving but the weather/seas didn't cooperate. We did manage to get in a little snorkeling in the sheltered man-made lagoons that protect the beaches. While snorkeling we saw some very colorful small reef fish, an 18" long eel, a ray about 14" in diameter, and several other species of fish. Some areas of the lagoon were very heavily populated with short- and long-spiny sea urchins.
On January 1st, we had an intimate wedding ceremony around 3 pm. Some of the other guests of the resort we had befriended got out of the ocean and watched Becca and I married under the arch overlooking the ocean. Two of the guests served as our witnesses.
Pictures in this album show the property, views from our room, photos taken by the resort photographer of our wedding, and photos of a fashion show Becca and I somehow got roped into participating in.

The bed in our room decorated for our wedding night. Also pictured is one of the many bottles of champagne the resort kept giving us. (We might have drunk half of one bottle.)
